I previously reviewed the dress as way to small. It was, and you should order up, but I wanted to criticism on the excellent buyer service! I was contacted by phone (gave my number) within hours and was offered so many options! First, I spoke with Daisy who confirmed that the dress I purchased was tagged incorrectly and was undoubtedly a small (still order up!! I need a M and wear a 2-4!). She measured a dress while I did mine and then went straight through her list to come up with options for me. Because the dress was tagged wrong, she offered to send me a return mailing label free of charge. My event was so close she was willing to send me some size and color options as well. When none of them worked, she worked with her owner to find out when the next shipment would be in and if they could get me what I needed. I wish the costly division market had this excellent service! I will undoubtedly order from them again!
The potential of the dress and buyer aid is outstanding. If you order up one size you will have a beautiful dress at a great price from an excellent company.
